Where will you run your program? We ran our at schools, but this can be run in a community center, a church, or even a house.

How will you recruit students? How will you communicate with them or with the parents after they sign up? Who can help you?

What resources will you need? Can these be donated?

How will you break the day up to make sure it is fun?

Sample One Week Schedule

Number of hours: 3 hours per day x 5 days

Student population: 10 Grade 7 students

Resourcing strategy: Students provided with supply list to bring or parents make $30 donation towards materials

Location: In local school

Main activities:
